About me

I discovered the Middle Nauli for the first time after the first year of be coming a mother (2016). Since from that I started to introduce and practice the regulation of breaths, pranayama and cleansing the body to my daily routine.
There are lots of demonstrations on social media, but not many explains how to learn this skill. I have to figure out, do researches and practice a lot. So I put things together and break down into steps for you to understand and follow along.
